Please take your time to read through our terms and conditions carefully prior to using the website. All the products we sell are bound by these terms and conditions listed below.

  1. General
    1. Ecoaly Limited, 85 King Street, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1DU, operates www.ecoally.co.uk (referred to as “this Website”), trading as EcoAlly (referred to as “Company”). Registered VAT no. 244 3413 31.
    2. As a user of this Website (referred to as “you/your”), you accept any use of this Website including any transactions, is subject to our terms and conditions. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  2. Site Changes
    1. Please note that the Company can change the terms and conditions on this Website, at any time, and any amendments made will immediately take effect from the date posted. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions every time you visit this Website. By continuing to use this Website, you indicatively accept the current terms and conditions.
    2. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website with or without notice to you. The Company will not be accountable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal. This Website is provided by the Company to you on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  3. Order Process
    1. The user may place an order via this Website, or by post, email or telephone.
    2. Before making a purchase on this Website, you will be asked to sign up for an account. During registration, you must select a username and password. You will be liable for any actions undertaken using your username and password and purchases from this Website should only be made under your username and password. Please endeavour to keep your password secure, and if this information should become disclosed, you must immediately update your password.
    3. The transferring or selling of your username is not permitted nor may somebody either directly or indirectly use your username and password. Selling or transferring your username is not permitted, nor can you either directly or indirectly allow anyone to use your password. It is your responsibility to update the details you have provided to the Company.
    4. Your order confirmation is sent via email containing your order details. Please note this email does not confirm acceptance of your order by the Company, merely just confirmation of your order.
    5. After your payment is received, we will process your order, and your items will be dispatched. Notification, via email, will be sent once your order has been shipped. If for some reason, your order is not accepted by the Company then a notification will be sent to confirm this.
    6. If you cancel your order, then a notification will be sent to confirm this.
  4. Prices and Payments
    1. All Website prices are correct at the time of data input and are subject to change. The date on the order receipt will be the price observed when processing the order.
    2. All prices are subject to VAT.
    3. Please contact us at support@ecoally.co.uk if you require a quotation for your purchase on this Website.
    4. It is a criminal offence to falsify your information, such as a false name or a known illegal credit card. If you are caught entering an incorrect or fictitious order, you will be prosecuted.
    5. We take payment from your card when you place an order. There may be an instance, due to unforeseen circumstances, when we are unable to source your order. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if required.
    6. The price you pay is the price shown on this Website at the time we take your order. No other prices published by the Company apply to these items.
    7. However, the following exceptions do apply: The Company check prices regularly, and while we try to ensure all prices are accurate on this Website, errors can occur. If the Company notice a mistake in the price of any Goods you have ordered, you will be informed as soon as possible and given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If the Company is unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
  5. Warranty
    1. All EcoAlly LED products come with a standard 2-year warranty.
    2. This warranty cover can be extended (excluding all strip lights) by filling out and returning the Company’s extended warranty form. The extended warranty will entitle you to receive replacement for failed bulbs for the duration of your warranty.
  6. Delivery
    1. If delivery is required outside the U.K. Shipping can be arranged by calling the Company on 0845 805 2684 for a quotation. Please note that some countries will be subject to increased lead times from those shown.
    2. Please be aware if you choose Special Delivery Next Day, then somebody will need to sign for the delivery.
    3. The Company is under no obligation to deliver by a specified date. The Company will provide an estimated delivery date. The Company cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage including but not limited to loss of profits, costs, damages, visible changes or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delivery related delay of goods.
    4. Failure by the Company to deliver any items will entitle you to treat the order as rejected. If no one is available to take delivery of your order, Royal mail will leave a ‘Something for you card’. The customer then has 4 options.
      1. Arrange a free redelivery to your house.
      2. Arrange a free redelivery to an alternative local address.
      3. Arrange a redelivery to a Post Office for a nominal fee and collect it from there.
      4. Want your item as soon as possible? Then pick it up in person from your local delivery office – the address will be on the Something for you card
    5. In exceptional circumstances, the Company may alter or amend delivery times. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.
    6. The cost of 1-3 days delivery to a single address within mainland UK is subsidised by the Company and charged at £2.99 inclusive of UK VAT. Special Next Day delivery is charged at £5.00 inclusive of UK VAT they must be placed by 1 pm on date of the order; if placed after 1 pm then it will be the following day. Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays are not applicable to any delivery service we offer.
    7. Orders over £50.00 are delivered free and will be on a 1-3 days delivery timescale.
    8. An order placed for 24-hour delivery, cannot be cancelled as the order will have already been dispatched.
    9. Upon delivery, the risk of damage to or loss of the Goods will pass to you.
    10. The Company will replace or repair, Goods damaged in shipment free of charge as long as you inform the Company and it’s designated delivery Company via written notification within three days. An image of the damaged Goods will need to be provided.
    11. On receipt of the Goods, please check the advice note enclosed to ensure that you have everything you ordered and that a shortage claims or an incorrect item selection have not occurred. Correction of your order will be considered if the Company receives written notification within three days of delivery. An image of the damaged Goods will need to be provided.
    12. In the unlikely event of faulty goods, please return packaging and contents to us for further inspection.
  7. Returns
    1. An order can be returned within 30 days. When returning an order, a return form stating the recipient’s order number, date and reason for return must accompany it.
    2. A refund will be issued 7 – 21 days after the warehouse receives the Goods.
    3. No orders can be returned after 30 days.
    4. If a returned order is lost in transit, the Company will only issue a credit if proof of postage is provided.
    5. To return your order, please visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/1776 Enter your details to create a return label. Print the label, stick to the box and drop to the post office. Please remember to get proof of delivery.
  8. Descriptive Matter, Specifications and Illustrations
    1. All descriptive matter, specifications and illustrations issued by the Company are approximate however we endeavour to be as accurate as possible.
    2. The Company continues to improve the information provided and reserves the right to make changes to the product specification as its discretion. When placing an order with the Company, you must check that the current specification of the Goods is appropriate for your requirements.
    3. We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of your computer monitor may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen. EcoAlly cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate / the same as the actual product.
  9. Intellectual Property
    1. As a user of this Website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
      1. Acknowledge and agree that all trademarks, copyright, and all other property rights in all materials and contents made available as part of this Website shall remain at all times entrusted in us or our licensors.
      2. Acknowledge and agree that all content presented on this Website is made available for your individual, non-commercial use only.
      3. Agree to only download such material and content for this purpose only.
      4. You will not copy, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
      5. It is forbidden for anyone to use any device to directly or indirectly interface, or attempt to interface this Website, to retrieve content, and or any other data, including prices. Including interference, or an attempt to interfere, with the normal working of this Website, any activity that the Company considers an excessive load or stress on our systems will be terminated. The Company monitor’s access to this Website, and any automated systems, or persons conducting an unreasonable number of searches, with an aim to obtain information or prices will be terminated and blocked from this Website. By using this Website, you indicatively agree to these Conditions of Use.
  10. Certification
    1. If you require a quality assured source or certificates of conformity, then this should be specified in writing at the same time as an order is placed.
  11. Disambiguation
    1. If these terms and conditions are in violation, the Company will not be liable to perform any obligations to you in any matter because of any delay or failure due to causes beyond the Company’s reasonable control.Items considered beyond the Company’s reasonable control:
      1. Governmental actions, war, threat of war, national emergency, riot, civil disturbance, sabotage or requisition;
      2. Act of God, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic or accident;
      3. Import or export regulations or embargoes;
      4. Labour disputes not including disputes involving the Company’s workforce; or
      5. Inability to obtain or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable material, fuel, parts, the machinery of labour.
  12. Compatability
    1. It is up to you, to check that the Company’s products on this Website are compatible with the products not bought on this Website. The Company will not be held responsible.
  13. Sale Items
    1. If you purchase Goods from this Website that are in the sale, clearance or end of the line then you will be refunded the sale price only. If the item is no longer available by the Company, then a replacement can not be given.
  14. Promotional Terms
    1. Voucher Codes
      1. Promotional voucher codes will not be exchanged for cash.
      2. The Company accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or expired promotional voucher codes. Therefore, the Company will not provide a replacement or refund for this voucher code.
      3. Promotional voucher codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
      4. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
      5. Promotional voucher codes can only be redeemed on the Website and are not applicable to use on the trade Website.
    2. General
      1. The Company’s decision regarding all promotions is final.
      2. The Company can remove promotions from this Website at their discretion.
  15. Miscellaneous Provisions
    1. These terms and conditions, between the Company, this Website and you, will be administered by the laws of England, and all disputes will be determined exclusively in the courts of England.
    2. To help educate our consumers, the Company will potentially provide links to other Websites, resources or articles for you to access at your sole discretion.
    3. These terms and conditions supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements between you and the Company relating to the use of this Website (including the order of products) and set out the whole agreement and understanding between you and the Company for your use of this Website.
  16. Booking an electrician
    1. Until you’ve received all your items and checked you are happy with them, please do not book an electrical contractor. We cannot be liable for any losses caused by delay of delivery or pre-booked electrical installers.
  17. VAT
    1. This is a UK registered website and we have no legal obligation to supply items with zero VAT. However, for customers residing in VAT free territories such as Jersey and Guernsey, please contact a team member to assist you on 01628 876076 or email sales@ecoally.co.uk. Please note it is not possible to reclaim the VAT after the purchase has been made. EU VAT numbers are accepted, please contact us for a quotation. All queries relating to VAT should be made to HM Customs on 0845 010 9000.
    1. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:
      1. death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors (as applicable);
      2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
      3. breach of terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
      4. defective Products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
      5. any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability.
  19. Except to the extent expressly stated in clause 66, all terms implied by sections 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and sections 3 to 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 are excluded.
  20. Subject to clause 17:
    1. we shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with any contract between us; and
    2. our total liability to you for all other losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total price paid for the Products.
